Local & Regional Blueprints

Regional Blueprints are Artisan, Culinary, and other procedures specific to a certain game’s story arc. Items created by regional blueprints may be traded and used in any branch, but the crafting and use of the blueprints and procedures themselves are limited to the game they are assigned to. A regional blueprint has a specific branch’s name on it, and it can only be used at that branch or at cross-network events. (DR Corebook, p. 173)
There are currently no Regional Blueprints in play.
Below are listed several Local Blueprints that have been released into the various games. While these can be copied and used as a normal blueprint within that Chapter, they may not be used outside of that game without the approval of your local game runners. These items often have a local flair and may use resources only available at those chapters. We’ve included these here for completion’s sake, but these are not official national blueprints and cannot be found in the Item Database.

DR: Texas local blueprints (Season 5)
amaranthite Vein
This Augment allows you to modify a Helscape Mine to produce the local plot item Amaranthite while mining for ore.
Counterfeit & Forgery Procedure
This procedure can replicate certain San Saba Sundries and official documents, but each time it is used it risks exposing the user to a deadly response from the law.
Emerald Regalia
This Armor item allows you to use the Charisma ability to influence a target, but is limited to only 10 points of Armor.
Oxblood
This Brew can be used to heal and intoxicate Nomads and can be substituted for Master Hooch or Combustible Materials in other blueprints.
Reckoner’s Gauntlet
This Grave Council augment allows the user of psionic Telepathy to blend in with the Undead and keep them at bay as long as they keep their hand raised.
The Gospel Truth
This faithful Gizmo allows a priest to use certain Faithful Anomaly skills on targets that do not share their same faith.
Mr. Napalm’s Spicy Surprise
This single-use thrown weapon can be deployed against an enemy to set them on fire with a sticky, hard to remove gel that continues to burn after the intitial contact. This item inflicts LINGERING DAMAGE.
